The National Weather Service and Des Moines foreclosures predicted some flooding in parts of Iowa over the next couple of days, though many rivers are expected to begin falling by Monday.On Saturday, the Cedar River threatened to cause brief by major flooding in Cedar Falls, which suffered severe flooding two years ago.
